We are reproducing the appeals , the decisions of Appeal's committee & experts' comments on these appeals.

We appreciate their efforts to place before the Bridge community, how they decide on appeals. It is worth GOLD and we recommend TDs and would-be-members of appeals committee, in other countries, to read these and enrich their knowledge of decision-making on appeals in Bridge.

We state that credit and appreciation go only to ACBL. We Bridge In India have no claims in these appeals

The appeal hearings and commentary descriptions are now being compiled and edited by the American Contract Bridge League.
Non NABC matches during the NABC also have appeals decided. All are published on the ACBLweb page. Our publishing them is intended to be a tool to help improve the abilities of those serving on appeals committees and tournament directors all over the world and to communicate decisions and the process to arrive at those decisions to all bridge directors & AC members.

W B F PRESIDENT writes to us on 12-01-12 > "I am pleased to confirm to you the WBF permission and blessings to print as book the WBF 2007 LAWS".

WBF Law committee states that These Flow Charts can be useful when applying the Laws of Duplicate Bridge, but it emphasizes that it has not approved the content and that the Laws themselves remain the legal basis on which our game is conducted.

Flow charts are prepared by Mr Laval De Breuil - ACBL Director from Canada to enable  many laws to be understood well by Tourney directors and appeals' committee members. Flow Chart Example - Here

We agree that these FLOW CHARTS are not a part of WBF LAWS 2007.  They are only an aid to understand the Laws better.

In the interest of knowledge of Bridge Laws to be known to many across the world, we are prepared to print WBF LAWS 2007 with all FLOW CHARTS as a book . We invite all National and other Bridge associations to inform us  before 27th Jan  2012 the number of copies they need.  Individuals also may ask for the book before 27th Jan 2012. We would suggest group booking to lessen Packing and forwarding charges. The price will depend upon number of copies to be printed.

We intend printing only the number of copies wanted and we will not have extra copies as reserve since it involves money. We will not reprint again till 2017.

Write to us immediately to avoid disappointment later.
